Meet Adam Schroeder

Hello, I'm Adam Schroeder, a Californian turned New Yorker turned Denverite! I have spent most of my 20's working all over the United States as an actor, and after earning a Master's degree in Acting I planted myself in NYC where I practiced real estate for 4 years. Real estate is a brilliant parallel career that allows me the flexibility to pursue artistic endeavors while maintaining a full-time business. While practicing real estate in NYC I worked on hundreds of rentals for private landlords and clients all over the 5 boroughs. I sold several homes in the Manhattan market and assisted buyers in several different types of transactions. Recently, on the prowl for a better quality of life and ready-access to nature, I found myself moving to Denver, and it seems like I'm not the only one, CO has become one of the most moved-to states in the country. Like many of those people who have discovered how exceptional living in Denver can be, I too love the mountains and great craft beer; I enjoy national parks and outdoor adventures of all kinds. 

My passion for excellent neighborhoods and quality homes has served me very well in this business, but I have discovered a little secret, and that secret is that at the heart of this business is helping people with one of the hardest decisions they will make in their lives. I love a good challenge and I especially love helping people so this career has been a wonderful addition to my artistic life. I will be your best ally in any real estate transaction; I am a positive and upbeat human who works very hard to make sure everyone goes to sleep in a home they can be proud of.
